Exchange due to customer error in choosing the size
If the customer chooses an inappropriate size and wishes to exchange it, the exchange will be at the customer's expense. Please contact customer service within 24 hours of receiving the package to arrange the exchange process.
Exchange due to an order error on the company's part:
If the product arrives in a size or type different from what was ordered, the exchange will be at the company's expense. Please contact us as soon as possible to ensure that the problem is resolved quickly. Our team will study the problem and resolve it
Exchange or return procedures:
Contact customer service via [WhatsApp or email] to request an exchange.
Provide us with the order number, explain the problem, attach supporting photos, and details of the problem or error.
In the event that the exchange is at the customer's expense, the customer will be provided with shipping details and payment procedures. Any exchange request will be added to 10 shekels as a preparation fee (not including delivery costs). Also, in the event of any damage or tearing in the package, 10 shekels will be added as an additional cost to the package. A video showing the condition of the product and package is required to confirm the condition.
If the exchange is at the company's expense, we will bear all shipping and exchange costs.
After that, our team will study the problem within a maximum period of 6 working days.
General conditions:
The products to be exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all accessories and original packaging.
The product must have been worn for fitting only, and must not have been washed.
The company reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not comply with the conditions mentioned above.
